Outdoor Adventures- Our Trinity River for Grades 3rd & 4th 2026

Explore our Trinity River, a 710-mile waterway that supports diverse wildlife, supplies water to cities like ours, and flows through various Texas regions, highlighting its importance for life and industry. We'll end our week with our own conservation project: a clean-up of Snider Creek, a tributary of the Trinity River. 

Tuition is due in full at time of registration. Refunds (less a $25 processing fee) are made only for withdrawals 30 days in advance of the first class meeting. Withdrawal and refund requests must be submitted in writing. If a class is canceled by the Nature Center, a full refund will be made. Once registration is complete, a fee of $25 will be required for each change of class request. This request must be submitted in writing along with the fee. 

• Students should wear closed toe shoes and socks for all camps. 
• Sunscreen and insect repellent are recommended and must be applied before entering the building.
• Students must be signed in and out of class each day by an authorized adult.
• Students in full day (9am-3pm) classes should bring a lunch and drink. Due to the safety of all of our students, please do not send any nut products.

This is a one week class that is offered twice - please register for only one instance of the class (the week of June 22nd or the week of June 29th).
