Children are constantly absorbing sensory stimuli from their environment, so how can you help them avoid becoming overwhelmed? In this virtual course led by a licensed Occupational Therapist, you'll learn the various ways in which children process sensory information, what it looks like to be dysregulated, the importance of regulation for their well-being, and how nature can be used as a tool.
This class as well as two others are offered as a series called Nature as a Regulator. You may sign up for individual courses or the series.
After registration, you'll be sent a link for the course.
